Bidder writes his/her Name and Bid Amount on the Bid Sheet in front of each Item. Bid Amounts are increased by amount shown on sheet.

Winners are posted on the Silent Auction Board following the Live Auction.

LIVE AUCTION

The highest bidder acknowledged by the auctioneer shall be the purchaser. In the event of any dispute between bidders, the auctioneer shall have the sole and final discretion whether to determine the successful bidder or resell the item in dispute.

When items do not specify a particular date or availability, the donor and the winning bidder will mutually determine the available date or redemption.

CASHIER AND ITEM PICK-UP

Immediately following Live Auction, winning bidders are asked to settle their account at the Cashier and then to proceed to Gift Pick up to collect their auction items.

CONDITIONS

Each item must be paid for in full by cash, check or credit card and removed from the Millennium Bostonian Hotel the night of March 28, 2008.

Auction items are as described; there are no changes or substitutions, Age restrictions and numbers of participants may apply.
