Training Program

AccesSportAmerica Training program is growing as many more athletes are training with us year-round.

PERSONAL TRAINING

Year round, medically prescribed work-out includes free weights, exercise machines and cardio vascular equipment, all challenging but rewarding.
Location: YMCA, Oak Square, Brighton

CONDITIONING & SOCCER

High-energy work-out with quality coaching includes skill building, resistance training, conditioning games and the sport of tennis.
Location: Boston Public Schools, Boston

Cotting School, Lexington

Armory, Concord
